I'm 18, am a British National, but I reside in Spain...
Also, how would I go about doing it if I can?

UK citizen?

If you're not currently living in a recognised constituency/have claim to live there, then probably not.

And even if you did, you'd have to do postal voting and the registration for that was weeks ago.

Basically, no, you can't get it arranged in time.

If you haven't received a polling card trough the post yet, you won't be able to vote.

Nope. You would have had to have registered at your address in Spain by the 14th of April, but I'm not entirely sure if you can even vote in referenda when abroad. Concessions for ex-pats are usually only made for national elections, and in EU elections where you can vote as an EU citizen in your Spanish (or wherever else) EU constituency and in local elections in your country of residence.

I don't think so. In part because I doubt you've registered, but mostly because I don't see how it would be right for you to vote for changes in a country you don't live in.

I think you can but I think you will have to be registered to vote.

From what it shows in the election booklet I received from my council it shows you can vote but I think you would have needed to register.
