Basically, I've had to do a lab report investigating the effect on salbutamol on pulse pressure. I obviously need to prove that there is significant effect caused by the drug, but I don't know which test to use. I have recordings of pulse pressure both before and after the drug was administered and where the drug was administered, administered with a spacer and where a placebo was used instead.

Any help would be very much appreciated

Thankyou
Yeah if i were you i'd take each comparison separately and work out if there is a significant difference rejecting or excepting the null hypothesis as you go. Then compare the difference between the different areas administered, the spacer used and the placebo and just eventually get to a solid conclusion where you can prove or disprove a hypothesis.

But mann.whitney unless you have continuous correlative data
