PLEASE help me!!!, i dont have long until my exams and i dont understand how to add surds, this is a question out of an onl exam paper. Please help me!!

ok i got- 1,18 2,9 and 3,6
i dont know where to go from here

\sqrt{18} = \sqrt{2 \times 9}

You also know that for example, 5a+a = 6a. Try looking at the square roots as terms instead of a way to calculate another number, that really helped me.
