pelvic floor excersises

definitely  Google them - they're really easy to do. You can also buy pelvic cones which you put in and have to hold there

I just find I need to go to the toilet a lot sometimes... So not bladder weakness or anything. Hmm..

I went to the doctor with this, they gave me pills which caused more water to be absorbed into the blood stream, and otherwise told me to practice not going to the toilet for as long as possible, as this would increase the size of the bladder.
I can't remember much more because it was about 7 years ago, but I definitely don't have diabetes

I have been trying that, and it is quite difficult. My muscles must be really weak.

I only have begun to worry about it recently because I had a really embarrassing incident, and luckily I was at home.

It isn't comfortable, I wash daily but still don't feel clean and I have to change trousers every day.

I also feel like I have constant period pain? Is that normal?

No. Go to the doctor. You may have an infection

it certainly does sound like an infection

not as a medical disease sorry.it happens to me when i laugh uncontrollably or when i sneeze suddenly.i hate it when i sneeze especially.try doing those vaginal muscle exercieses where you squeeze the muscles aruond that area that you use for peeing. (when you're peeing squeeze the muscles to stop the flow and release.when you get the hang of it and know which muscles to squeeze you can do it while you're doing other stuff).it strengthens the muscles so you get better control hopefully if not see your gp about it :hugs: you'll be fine
if you pee a lot it might just be thrush (guys get it as well) or just that you drink too much water...weather always makes you pee more especially when it's cold.

I will try and book a doctor's appointment this week. I just feel so unhappy about it, and I'm stressed at the moment too. Thanks x

my father is a pee master, he pees almost every hour i think -_- well thats what i think anyway, but the point is he keeps on going up the middle of teh night just to pee. But the doctor said he was ok, the reason he pees a lot is because of the pills that he is taking to control his blood pressure -_-
it sounds like from the pain you are describing that it could be a UTI (urinary tract infection) such as cystitis, which are very common esp in girls. i strongly advise you go to the doctor....whether or not it is this then she will be able to give you the best advice, and/or medication.
It very much sounds like cystisis, which i had a week ago. I found myself needing the toilet tonnes more than usual and sometimes finding it hard to make it in time. had burning feeling when n the toilet. bad cramps etc. go soon otherwise it could develop into something worse such a kidney infection, also which i had

I don't actually have a burning sensation. I just sometimes don't think I can actually control my bladder, I don't feel what is going on. The pain is just like a dull ache, it isn't so bad that I need painkillers, but I can feel it.

I'm so  when I know I shouldn't be. But at 18 you think I would be able to control myself.
