no one stops growing! its just guys grow faster during their teens, we all do!

My penis was full grown when I was 14 and hasnt changed much since. I still go taller though since then.

MOST guys are done by 16 or 18 at the latest. A FEW still get growth (slight growth of course) in their 20s.

MANY people would like to think they keep growing into their 20s but they dont :P
