    3) Consecutive lines were observed in the rotational spectrum of 1H35Cl recorded at 298K at the following frequencies (measured in GHz):

    621, 1245, 1869, 2490

    a. Calculate the value of the rotational constant in Joules.

    How can I do this without calculating the moment of inertia, as this is the next question? Could someone explain how you know which value to manipulate from above and show working plz .........
