Theres no official tests that are taken at the end of year 8. Therefore I gather this is practise tests set by your school to monitor your progress. Theres no specific revision sites as everyones progress in key stage 3 will be different at year 8. You'll find these key sites handy though:

Most high schools have Year 7+8 end of year tests. Then it's the useless SATs in Y9............

Jeez, year 8?! How about you chill a while and do fun stuff, don't start worrying about revision untill year 10.

year 10??!! Jeez!! try waiting for a few years until it gets really serious in year 13...!!

all of you need to unwind abit...! your lives arent in any great turmoil yet, believe me..!!

I seem to have an unfortunate block against revision- as much as I know I should be doing it I just can't bring myself to go through it all...blah

anyway...as the person said lean.co.uk is quite useful and I also think www.homeworkhigh.co.uk is good for when you want to ask questions etc...

anyway it depends what subjects your looking for as there are so many specialised sites...but I assume you have to do pretty much everything: languages, humanities, science, english, maths etc etc etc...

anyway I wouldn't worry too much...year 7 and 8 exams arn't important really...even SATs seem to have no particular use *sigh*...

I was lucky enough not to do year nine SATs. But seriously, the end of year exams for yr 7 and 8 are not much of a problem. You don't really have 2 do too much. I didn't do any past papers or stuff. We actually had an exam for spelling, which I found pretty fun, but that's just me!

How come you didn't do yr nine sats? Thats not fair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah yes...the fun of SATs *chuckles*...I wouldn't worry too much about revising loads for them- you should do a lot of it in class, and maybe go to any revision classes or whatever but you don't need to worry about them months before hand (not actually sure who I'm talking to here...ah well...)
As for coursework- that'll only come after SATs are over and done with...and unless you start your year 10 timetable in year nine, you'll only be doing English, Maths and Science coursework- some of it practice...

The person was asking bout year 8 me thinks but hey...nevermind...

The best bet though if you do want to do well in yr 8 tests (how I wish for them instead of now!), is to just review over your notes in your book and then try writing it by heart paragraph by paragraph, and writing notes, it gets stuck in your head that way!
