Cambridge offers for vets?
Maybe we won't hear anything for weeks but i'm soo impatient to know if anyone else gets any offers soon. I applied to Clare but I think my interviews (certainly the second one) went a bit rubbish.
Anyone else got offers yet?
hope I get an interview somewhere else- wish I'd applied to London, Glasgow or Bristol where they've interviewed early! I'm still waiting for replies from Liverpool, Edinburgh and Nottingham.

My 2nd interview went much better than the first! They asked me the same question in both interviews though which i though was a bit weird - not sure if they were testing me or whether it was a bit of miscommunication

what question was that?
something about horses and elephants/dogs and why horses can run fast, and i was really hoping i wouldn't get horsey questions as they are not my strong point!

wat kind of questions did the ask you? Were they nice? Didi they ask you much on the areas of interest that you wrote down?
Wat did you and other ppl wear?

hi! Had my interviews at Cam (newhall) today - v nerve racking, think I messed up pretty bad to be honest 
I had 2 interviews, one with 2 people - a vet and a medic, both very friendly and oozing intellectuallness which was rather scary! They asked mainly science questions about vetty things - a lot about inflammation and the 5 signs of it (which I had no idea about btw!) and then loads on the kidneys and what you test for in blood samples and dipstick urine tests. Then I had another interview with a biologist who's also the admissions tutor for the college and we talked about mitochondria and respiration and DNA and genetics which I love so that was great. Then I went home! Wore black trousers, smartish knitted jumper and carried coat. They looked at my progress file record of achievement jobby, in which I'd put details and photos of work exp, and said it was clear I'd done lots of research and I should be proud - tht probly means 'you should be proud but you don't have a hope in hell of coming to cambridge', if they're feeling patronising anyways. So there you go, good luck for the 12th!

All my questions were science questions asked in a vetty way. And no they really wern't that scary, quite nice actually but i think they just felt sorry for me lol

the exact same thing happened to me!! i got asked loads of horse questions, and about elephants lol. the 2nd was a lot better than the first, mayb i had got into the swing of things by then!?! I had no idea of the answers to some of them but hopefully all went well. good luck everybody!!

nah its cool, i can honestly say if i had had an offer i probably would still have wanted to go to bristol. but still it would have been nice to reject cambridge

it's just a case of the postal service. They're all posted by now, it's just luck as to who managed to have their letter fight through holoday post.
all in the post? really? do they work over christmas then? and all the bank holidays? do all colleges give out offers at the same time?
OH MY GOD! I thought I wouldn't hear until at least the 5th cos Clare College don't go back until then !!!!! Mini Munchkin, which college did you apply to?

you will notice that people from emmanuel, pembroke and one of the trinitys have heard so far. youll probs get your letter tomorro maybe? emmanuel must have sent them off on fri 30th with a first class stamp so even then not all will have had them.
Except i applied to Pembroke and havent heard 
Hi everyone! Just thought I'd pop in and say I got an offer from Cambridge, Newhall! (AAA in 3 sciences) Am absolutly over the moon, can't believe they want me. Fingers crossed for Nottingham!
