Why can't I make a perfectly spherical ball of blue tac?
I have a mound of blu-tac and I've been trying to make it into a round shape and I can't do it 
Still, tomorrow I'm trying to make a perfectly sqaure bit of dirt on the window in true Father Ted style.
Plus, I'm going to make a triangular number of spammy threads in TSR Chat.

I can make really nice round ones with two rulers. Next time i do one ill photograph it for you.

you can't make a perfectly spherical ball of blu-tack, because a perfect sphere is a mathematical construct (whose principle exists), and could never by physically replicated. hope that makes you feel better about why you can't make one - it's impossible!

Something small and flat (ruler), something large and flat (table), blue-tac, lots and lots and lots of patience...no problem
Its easier with a bigger bit.
