reality vs fiction

So what do you do if you have a long term bf, but you're at uni and he's not, and when u go home and see him everything is good, mainly, but then you meet someone, not even in real life, but on the internet of all things, who you feel strangely strong feelings for? I feel so torn. I know i mightnt even get on with said internet person in real life, but i cant deny my feelings at the moment. :frown:
The person on t'internet might be a 46 year old data entry clerk from Carlisle...

I'm thinking your feelings for your boyfriend aren't strong enough at the moment. But give it time.

yes stick with your uni boyfriend, not with this internet person. internet relationships are doomed from the start.

and plus my boyfriend is starting uni soon, but it's a close one... he wants to move in anyway and i'm trying to convince him not to. it will suck. meh

Hey, im in the same situation- except its with the guy next door who seems to want to play games with me :-(

From the sounds of it, it could just be some crush or you're feeling for him what you would usually feel for your boyfriend. Dont give up on things just yet, wait till things settle down and then assess it again. Be careful of people on the internet though, they may not be who you think they are and its probably not worth throwing things with your boyfriend away for something that may never happen.
