So who actually uses Facebook to chat girls up?

If so why? Is it because you're too nervous to talk to people face to face, or just that you're scared of rejection...

Why do the title and OP have very little to do with each other?
I have a number of online friends, but I've never used facebook to "chat up" girls I've never met "and arguably not to 'chat up' ones I have either)

During school times when I'm hardly ever out, I'd get to know ladies during school time them meet a lot of them in half-term or on holidays....

No completely random adds though, I only accept them if they live near...
