You need to see a Dr, you're very underweight and are already very ill and I imagine your body is already struggling.
Please get help before it's too late.
To be blunt, you could easily suffer a heart attack being so malnourished and ill.

EDIT: Sorry that does seem pretty harsh on second reading, but maybe reality may shock you into eating more or at least getting help?

That is seriously low, probably classed as anorexia already. Please eat, that BMI is seriously dangerous. Hey, it should even make you feel more happy :smile:.

sigh, i'm more likely to overeat in such situations. i'd probs provoke people all the time if it stopped me from eating.

anyway, yeah your bmi is pretty damn low tbh. do you consciously acknowledge not eating? or do you just automatically lose your appetite?

Why do you hurt yourself if you have problems. If I'm feeling down I go for a walk with my ipod in a park , on a sunny day it feels great. If you live near a beach even better.
You're probably not the only person who does this, everyone has different ways of dealing with stress. 14.9 is definitely unhealthy and is probably already affecting you in ways you don't realise, could you eat more on days when you're feeling ok?
not eating or a day is hardly starving yourself but still......

14.9 is not a healthy wieght. Get some medical help for crying out loud (or a cheeseburger)

It's not anorexia because i know i am thin. I starve myself whenever im hurt. I dont know if people who cut themselves can relate to this?
I've done the same in the past. The lack of food just made me tired as well as sad, and that just turns into this horrible depressive spiral.
Find something else to focus your feelings on; I started doing drama and found it helped massively. It gives me something to focus on and go to when I would have just stopped and drawn away from everyone before. I know it sounds lame, but it helped me :smile:

how can you assume they are under weight without any weight to hight ratio and measurements been given?
i cant believe you guys are assuming this person is at an unhealthy weight even though no weight or hight has been given.............................

They gave a BMI of 14.9 which indicates being very underweight for ANY given height.

14.9 bmi.... As far as I know a normal bmi is about 23-25.

How can this person not be unhealthy?

Sometimes?? No offence but I think there is more to this than just problems with other people. Otherwise the OP might not have let them self get so underweight.

If someone can recognize they have a problem like this, it should be easier for them to start fixing it, but they have to take initaiative and do it. OP, Don't let bs from other people get to you. Stress happens to us all. Now you have come on here asking for advice so please don't ignore what advice has been given. Good luck.

I consciously stop eating. Sometimes I wake up from sleep from hunger and i eat something so i can go back to sleep.

because im emotional for a long period after that and i know that it will happen again. Forgetting things and making myself feel good doesnt last long before im made to feel ***** again.

For me, cutting is always about the rush and the release it gives.
Don't see how starving yourself could have the same effect?

sounds like you have an eating disorder. People with eating disorder link emotions with food. such as overeating when feeling lonely or starving when feeling angry. I used to do that when I was anorexic.. please start eating properly! Dont start hurting yourself just because of what other people say to you.
Also, get a grip OP your problems are inconceivably irrelevant compared to anything else.
