Bench - 82.5 x 5
Row - 60 x 3 x 5
Skullcrusher - 26 x 6, 6, 5
Hyperext. - 5 x 2 x 12
Decided to add in skullcrushers on Monday so to lighten the load on Friday.
Squats weren't too bad actually. Was worried about if I could get them. Quite a few commenting on me going too low or **** but **** them.
Bench was fairly hard but nothing crazy. I think I need to use a little more leg drive though. Rows were also fine.
