If you could choose one other perid of time to live, when would it be, in which country, and why?

I think I would go for Venice during the Renaissance period. This is because I would have loved all the art, literature and architecture. Venice is one of my favourite cities.

What do other people think?

Athens, during the age of the philosophers. I can imagine myself being a Plato much more than an Einstein or Da Vinci.

Yeah Florence was second. Venice has a nicer atmosphere I felt though. Although Florence is so incredible too.

Tough call actually!

Hmmm, tricky one. I'd probably be a Jane Austen heroine-style lady. Rich regency girl.

Exactly, with the Medici family calling the shots. Venice obviously has the canals, St Marks square, but Florence has the magnificent Duomo and the tuscan hills surrounding it.
