Am i stupid? :(

Ok, me and my ex were getting on great, practically back together again, when my socalled friend goes and kisses him. :mad:

I didnt stay around to watch, though i assumed it was all him. However i find out it was her coming onto him, and that the kiss barely happened. Saw him afew days after that, had a go at him etc etc, and to cut a long story short, he ended up coming back to mine :redface:

I know my friends dont approve, most of them hate him! But he makes me happy.. Though the more i think about it, the more i think i may be being stupid. He hurt me so much, but i was willing to make it easy for him, as i like him alot.

I know hes sorry, and i know he does really like me, though im at a loss now. I wont see him for a month, until we go back to uni, which we have decided is a good thing and we decided to start fresh next year.

If he really cared about you he wouldn't even kiss another girl, let alone one of your friends. If you think he's genuinely sorry and you want to give it another go then go ahead, but bear in mind that old saying 'a leopard never changes it's spots'...
I know it's difficult when you really care about someone. Only you know whether it is worth giving him another chance - listen to your gut instinct, not just your emotions. Good luck xx

Well you said he makes you happy....which is the most important thing.....he must have hurt you by going behind your back though.....sometimes a person's friends can have a better view of a person as they are impartial to the relationship....but if you're sure he's sorry and he won't do it again, give him another chance.

Just the more i think about it, the more paranoid im becoming! And as for my friend, i have no idea what to do about her, do i forgive and forget? Iv never been in a situation like this befor :redface:

But yes, he makes me happy, perhaps il just wait and see what haapens. :frown:

Forgive your friend and forget about it - otherwise you will just end up becoming all bitter towards her and your attitude will change. She will probably be feeling awful about it too.
