sooooo confused

I have known this guy for about 5/6 years and there MIGHT have always been something between us but I don't know!!!!!!!!!

We get on really quite well and we like to rip it out of each other for random things (perhaps in a flirty way but I'm really not sure). He picks on me- but in a nice way (doesn't make sense I know) Is him being horrible but nice at the same time a sign?

My friends have said for a while that there is chemistry- but I don't know and the other day people at a party asked if there was anything between us (I think one of them liked him)

Now I have been thinking about it I think I might have liked him all along and I've only just realised it! :eek:

The problem is that we are both quite shy and his best friend said he thinks he likes me but even if he did would probably never say anything. I don't want to say anything in case it isn't anything- he is the sort of guy who I could imagine would get all wierd and never talk to me again and I'd rather him continue to be my friend than mess it up......

......but then again if there is a chance that something could happen I don't want to mess that up and miss out on something.

Plus I have quite low self esteem and I can't actually understand why he would like me if he did.

I need to find out if he likes me....... and if I really actually like him!

If he says no say your drunk or it was just a friend messing about.

the ooold question of whether to say something or not

it's very difficult, I did over a year ago and she didn't feel the same, and it's only lately that our friendship's got back to normal... now I feel the same about another girl but she's a much better mate than the other one was, sooo it's a tricky situation!

Im in exactly the same situation!! I dnt hav a clue wat to do either...its a difficult choice to make...either risk ruining the friendship (which no1 wnts to do) or havin sumthing GR8!

If he's a really good friend, sit down and talk about it, he will be understanding and it will resolve things.

If he's not such a good friend, sit down and talk about it jokingly, so he doesn't get too scared!
