I respect American football. It is a tough sport. Not as tough as rugby league though.

Who in england is watching it? It start at 11:10 and loses most of the adverts. On the bad side it is American football. (just kidding, love bloodsports)

actually a kid died last year in texas playing football DUE to the padding, the helmet actually broke his neck.

the pads, in many doctors opinions, actually make the sport more dangerous!

I've seen one live game. Highschool match in KY. Only one broken leg and a concussion.

The level of agression is scary, and thats just the coaches.

I think it shows you the quality of the game compared to many sports when the americans are more excited about the half time entertainment than the match itself.

You should start watching Australian State of Origin Rugby League if thats what you like. Its legalised GBH. American football is wussy in comparison.

I'm not one for American sports.

And before anyone says anything, that wasn't intended as an anti-American snipe.

Still, they do get half time right over there. Especialy with baseball. 9 innings = 18 sets of cheerleaders

Lol. I'm sure it is re-run on a channel during appropiate hours in the US.

I'd recomend it. By far the toughest sport you will ever witness.
