Hello people the exam is not exactly that terrible. why are you giving up. If any of you have any queries i could try and help you if you are looking for summarised notes maybe a can help you but be warned this will not be available for people who are either rude or cannot be bothered.

Here is your revision toolkit if you want to follow it.
Chapter 1 straight forward
Chapter 2 Kinda straight forward just watch out for specialist hardware and software devices and interfaces.
Chapter 3 is reasonable watch out for what each software does and also what each system does and macros.
Chapter 4 should be very simple. you should know most of this from the tasks just watch out for absolute and relative referencing and also simulations.
Chapter 5: Reasonable just watch out for normalisation, data dictionaries and parameter queries.
Chapter 6: Quite straight forward just watch out for clip art images, thumbnail images and graphic libraries and also the difference between acetate and projector and also automatic and manual transitions and non linear and hierarchical presentations
Chapter 7 quite difficult becareful of the acts, networking, safety and combating crime and health problems.

These are the areas people get wrong most of the time. In my opinion if you know these you are ready. Please do not send me any rude feedbacks only trying to help.

Think the presentation has the website referencing its source at the bottom.

This exam is very easy but if you dont Answer what they are asking then you will fail! trust me, when you finished the paper you will think you did really great (answered all questions and stuff) and predict your self like B or an A but you wont! you probz get like D or C. Because you did not Answer what they asked for in the questions! this happened to me this Jan in Computing science, i predicted my self B and got E... so I request my paper and i could see what i had done wrong. everything what i wrote in each question was correct but it want answering the question.

These are revision notes that I have written up to now. It covers every syllabus point one by one (noted by the letters in the document). I have only done chapters 1-3, and partly done chapter 4. This will be completed by the time of the exam however, so check back for full notes!

What Zezima is saying is true because this is my third attempt at the GO61 paper. You need to have sufficient knowledge to be able to give examples of certain things and also be able to go further using A level ICT knowledge one useful thing is to picture yourself in the situation.

Thanks for your comments guys I am uploading all my notes for topics 1-7 they are all separate so you can organise them in your needs. These have been summarised from the OCR ICT for AS hodder book. These notes are very useful for those using that book because it follows the same structure except it is summarised for revision.
