stint of binging

Ok so sat, sun, and today my flat had a bit of a christmas thing. and vast amounts of food were consumed particularly by myself. i think over the three days i must have eaten about 6 or 7 hundred grams of chocolate. as well as much booze and a massive xmas dinner. oh and normal meals and stuff. should i try and compensate for this next week or will my body not be effected if i go back to my normal routine.?

Just go back to normal
Personally I've lost a lot of weight due to a lack of money at the end of term...

You'll lose whatever weight you've put on soon enough. Though with Christmas coming, you may have to wait until the new year!

Do you think you look any different physically than you did before the weekend? Chances are no.

So no one really cares. Go out and do some exercise if you're that worried.

trying to compensate can set you off on a cycle that you don't really want to be involved in. Just go back to normal. The body is actually quite good at self-regulating weight if it is well nourished.

there's no need to compensate, however if you think that you look/feel any fatter then go and do some exercise.

just eat healthily, get some exercise. you can't eat perfectly healthily all the time and neither should you expect to or want to. don't punish yourself, just maybe wait a while before another treat

Your body can cope with the occasional food fest but if you carry on and it happens regularly then it won't be able to cope. So like everyone else is saying just try and eat normally and you'll be fine! If you feel really unhealthy you could always do lots of walking or something!
