Is porn a taboo or is it needed in society

there aree loads of pornos on the internet do you still think it is taboo? everywhere i look is porn here and porn there. do you think the internet porn is needed in society or should something be done about all the porn?

If that means anything at all then I guess there's a need for it.

Motorcycles aren't actually "needed" by society. But there is a demand for them and many manufacturers that supply them. I suppose therefore society needs motorcycles.

I suppose the same can be said of porn. Society would still exist without it but, there's certainly a demand for it and no shortage of willing suppliers of it. So, if that means anything at all then I guess there's a need for it.

Should anything be done about it? No. If one person enjoys watching porn and another person enjoys (and get's paid for) it's creation, then I don't feel that it's the role of government to intervene.
