the ceiling falling on top of you, was this like a visual thing, say when you feel like the room is spinning, i.e everything is blurred, or just a feeling, like you're enclosed, and you're not sure why?

im guessing it might just have been because of the 'bad things' that happened to you last year that caused these feelings. who did you try and speak to about this? x

Oh the doctor. They were quite good and they said it was probably just depression. It was just really awful at the time

All of a sudden I started to get cold shivers and felt like the ceiling was falling on top of me
They can be quite common if you've got something heavy on your mind (whatever it may be - usually happens to me when I've got major depression)...never really found any great way of getting over the shivers, but going on a walk outside definitely limits the feelings of claustrophobia.
