Colonic Irrigation

I'm contemplating getting a colonic as I've heard they have some great health benifits.

Anybody able to share their experiences?

If you're quick enough, you can get one for free at the local car wash with the aid of the jet hose.

Colonic Irrigation is pseudo-science quackery. It's just injecting water into your arse in the most undignified manner. There are no scientifically proven benefits from it.

I have chronic constipation. Has this done a few times and was ok. If you poop normally don't bother.
