Guys spend what they got on girls, you are very very important to us... if we are not spending it its probably just because we cant afford it, but we do spend what we have.

Why waste all your money on it? Ah...I cringe just thinking of the cheesy 'love-teddies' people buy. Can't think why anyone would want one but I suppose people have different tastes *cough*.

I'm sure there are ways of doing that without resorting to corny gifts.

Bah, each to his own I suppose, and I realise many girls feel differently on the subject. An opinion, as always.

Me and my girlfriend refuse to buy each other gifts, although I do buy her flowers but that doesnt count. We just go out for an expensive meal. Much better in my opinion.

I know there are... probably an infinite number of ways, well almost. But which-ever girl you are i think it would not be nice to hear other girls talking about what their boyfriend had done to try and show that he like them and you had nothing to say other than... 'nothing'.

We gotta take care of our ladies, they are our future

ive told my boyfriend not to get me anything. not only cause valentines is a corny over comercialsed tack-fest but money could be spent on better things.

when we first started goig out with me he got me stuff all the time cause due to his ex treating him like **** he felt like he wasnt gd enough and that presents would compensate or something but i hate him spending money on me when he could get stuff for himself, some times we get each other a lolly but thats about it, im easily pleased lol.

i have to live 150 miles away from him, the only thing id want for valentines day is to see him, but i cant till the 18th *sigh*
