which university has the best gay life?

I am applying for medicine in 2004 entry and was wondering which universities have the best gay life... And I don't mean how wide the gay nightlife is in the city the uni is located, but what the gay society is like, and how gay-friendly the actual university is...

An incredibly large proportion of Manchester Met is gay. I would imagine the same is true for any unis in Manchester/Leeds.

Gay business seems to be more lucrative and it is definately more fashioable - half the people you'd find in the gay clubs are probably straight!

Well there isn't a shortage, there's a whole place called the gay village for gawds sakes!

Interesting to note the priorities of the mods around here.
Someone posts up some fairly innocuous pornography and gets banned immediately.
Someone posts utterly unfounded allegations of paedophilia against another member, and the post isn't even deleted, let alone the member banned.
Riiiight.
