I used to have an old school mk2 golf gti,was an uber cool car till i smashed it. When ive got a bit more money I may buy another 1, late '92 big bumper model which hasnt been thrashed too much (yeah i know....i could be looking a long time). Also used to have an old mk2 Astra gte 8 valve....was utterly *****,fairly rapid would outgun ****** xr3i's easily but the handling was shockingly bad, lift off oversteer is a big problem with those cars, which is ok if ur expecting not so good when it suddenly spins off arse first into the path of oncoming traffic...lol
The car is actually outside the student halls atm. I'll go take a photo with my phone brb....
You sold the car to your mate. How much if you don't mind me asking?
What reg and hom many miles had it done?
The alloys, you were probably right to sell separately. Did you get your A3 then?
I'd say the Daihatsu Copen is a girly small car.
Manly... I'd have to go with Renault 5 Turbo
Girly: Ford Street Ka thing or perhaps the Micra CC, or a pink fluffy Smarf ForTwo
Manly: Lancia Delta HF Integrale, Focus RS, Escort RS Cosworth (ok, so not v. small, well actually small relative to a Volvo 850 T5 estate!!!), or Lotus Exige (small in terms of weight)
I drive a Saxo. Does that make me manly?
Surely the Beetle is a girly car? With the flower in it and everything. As my boyfriend says 'If a Beetle wasn't a girly car, I'd have one.'
As for a manly car...Honda Civic.
A Honda Civic is an old peoples car, unless its the Type R
Ok so i own a civic, but its a proper coupe
wht was with some people saying a fiesta is manly? i know more girls (including myself) then lads who drive them. they are a great cheap car!
Girl - Ford Ka
Guy - Honda civic hatchback
About the beetle, if you're talking about the new Beetle's then yes I would say they're a girly car, the old Beetles however, look alot less girly in my opinion.
