Ok so I am int he processes of sorting out passports for me and my boyfriend however he has lost his. We have an LSO1 form here to fill out and send with the new application but it asks for his passport number, date of issue and date of losing it.
If its lost how are we supposed to know the passport number and remember when he was issued with it?! Also he is sure it is lost in the house somewhere but cant find it anywhere so can't put an exact date on when it was lost:/
Has anyone else been in this situation and if so what did you do? If we ring up the IPS will they be able to give us the details from their records? So confused and need to get it done asap!
Is this right?
