This might seem like a weird question, but if you were getting naked with a girl for the first time and you discovered she was completely hair free "down there", what would your reaction be? Would it be a good thing or a bad thing?

IMO men and women look better if they keep things trim down there. I prefer clean shaven myself..or a little landing strip..lol!

more seriously though, why is it a problem? there are a number of different pubic hairstyles that women can use, and will usually choose the one they find most comfortable/convenient.
Although - since many men like the idea of the pubic area to be clean shaven, then perhaps she did it as a treat for you.

Expecting it not to be a mess, absolutely, go for it. But there are a worrying number of men who seem to expect nothing at all down there. That to me would be just too weird. So, to any man who thinks like that: Your girlfriend is not a porn star.

Well no or else you could say that everyone who likes this look is some kind of pervert.
There is obviously an incredible difference between a mature woman who has shaven her pubic region and a kid yet to go through puberty. I just prefer shaven because it looks more clean and tidy, there is no chance of stray hairs getting in your mouth and I like the look of girly bits!

A few things:
I would advise people not to dye it red and get it heart shaped for Valentine's. That is scary and unexpected. Not romantic.
Most people prefer things to be tidy. It makes it easy for us at the very least, to do good things for you.
Once the clothes are off, I'm not really that bothered by what I see. I'm more ready to do things than stare at them.
