No I don't, He lies to much :frown:

Some of it is good, but a lot of it is hype. Green Tea has a compound that reduces the ability of the HIV virus to attack the CD4 lymphocyte. Most of the information is embellished just to create demand for the product. Some of it does taste good.

Just to warn you advertising or market research on tsr is against the rules so if thats the only reason why you are here you won't be here long before you get banned

I am just seeking the right advices to buy some herbal teas, if it was against rules, sorry I didn't notice.

Reply 11

doesnt do any of that really. some herbal teas have green tea extracts which can help increase metabolism, fat oxidation and regulate insulin. but most of them are complete rubbish, and taste like crap too. the vast majority of them will do none of that.

i was thinking of a different herbal tea!

Meh, THC is nonpolar, and hence you need to dissolve it in a nonpolar solvent. Unless you intend on making your tea out of oil (or alcohol), it will be a bit pointless.

i once bought a herbal tea that was supposed to help you loose weight. ace, i thought!
so, after trying it and seeing the 'effects' i discovered it contained senna- a rather potent herbal laxative.
what a con!!! now we all know that taking laxatives ain't a healthy way to loose weight.....

I drink a special digestive tea...it's a German make I think...I'm pretty cynical about herbal remedies but despite it's foul taste and smell it works well. I think it has ginger and a lot of other herbs in it.
