If that is the case (which on second thoughts I would accept) then I will have to rephrase myself. Adapted, my point still holds true there there is more consideration and use of his laws than those of RelativityDo youo think more "How do i get this object moving" or "I wonder how much energy I would be if I was converted to pure energy?"

Newton- he did work and made discoveries in more than one field although he is most famous from his 3 laws of motion and his discovery of gravity, however he did some ground breaking work on light...
although einstein does come pretty close

I also admire newton a lot more due to his quote (already mentioned in this thread) "If i have seen further it is only because I have been standing on the shoulders of giants"
