Brewing a mango and raspberry cider at the moment - took a litre off to test and it's got the overwhelming taste of bread. Any suggestions on how to clear that up?

Peach and Mango ~6% on the left. Very crisp, peach mostly in the aroma, taste is tropical.
Strawberry, Raspberry, Cherry and Blueberry ~7%. Sweet, very juicy.
Pleased with how these have turned out.
