Someone's been taking photos of me at the gym/pool I sometimes use, and has been posting them on an Aussie forum

I'm so embarrased! I can't believe they (whoever they are  ) would do this

Was is just by coincidence you came across the website with your photos on?

Or did the person tell you where they were posting them?

Well someone simultaneously found out what my email address was (I have a couple, but this person sent one to my uni account) and informed me what was going on! I wrote them an email back, and they gave me the link

I'm not posting it on here  But anyway I'm embarrased now and feel paranoid about working out at the gym, perhaps I'll have to get there REALLY EARLY so that nobody knows what time I work out. There. Hopefully.

Or might just join another gym.

Alternatively, take in your digital cam/camcorder and take photos of him, then post on some website under the title of 'stupid ugly perverted freak' and make sure he gets the link!

I'll post it on here!!

I don't have a camcorder, but I could borrow one. Weird, I can't remember seeing anybody with a camera at the gym, could've been a mobile phone tho. Also I don't pay attention to these things when I'm working out! Lol, it's like you go the gym and have to watch for people with cameras, we all have better things to do

I guess it's got see through windows in some parts, and then there's the *shudder* weights room which I avoid like the plague and never venture near. Have no idea who works out there

Thats one reason why i work out at home rather than going to the gym, stupid people like that, and you sometimes get stupid kids the piss about in there as well (the gym near me has a secondary school behind it, so PE dept let the upper yrs go in there...and seemingly let them do nothing)

I do mind! This is why I'm telling my friends on here. I don't want photos of me at the gym seen by anyone on the net, it's not appropriate.

Well everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I can see why this person would've posted that! But it's not what it seems, you guys are my buddies and so I was confiding in you an issue I'm having with another forum (this time Australian, where they don't know my personality, but sure as hell have seen me around  ).

I'm not sure what I should do now, about the gym. Because I'm sporty and swim lots too, it's not like I need to go the gym *that* often (at most, about 3-4 times per week), but perhaps I might start going in the early morning!!

@ Markus again: Lovn your new avatar!

Sheesh, you're always posting about having stalkers! Maybe you should start wearing a 'Please don't stalk me cause I'm beautiful' t-shirt

This time it's different though, because it's at the gym. Theme - gym  But seriously, the last time I said anything about stalking was like a year ago! Or at least 6 months ago, so I wouldn't say I'm always posting about it  I've only had two this year in real life. They tend to do it to everyone, I just talk out about it so that everyone on here knows

And good idea Markus, I might save up and buy a camera phone, bring that to the gym.

EDIT: @ jessicarabbit: my friend has this shirt that says 'NO!' at the front of it! It's really funny, she likes to wear it when we go out

You have to tell the gym and that website, it is a complete invasion of privacy. At least in the gym you are in a fairly safe environment and the person couldn't really hurt you directly, but he's hurting you in a decieving way. I can't believe people out there do stuff like that...

Aww, leave DB alone, some of you are coming across as jealous.
That's what I thought:rolleyes:

You know this person?^o)

Too be honest- You're just saying what most people reading this thread are probably thinking. If she was really properly concerned she'd go to the police. I just think for really serious circumstances-like someone stalking you- that one would normally talk to a close friend or relative. Or at least someone more in the know...Not go on an internet forum and post about it....
