Why not try doing some situps or pressups before you go to bed?
actually the reason why men fall asleep after....erm....
well its because certain chemicals are released. google it. i guess its a natural alternative to sleeping pills!!
plus you get to de stress a bit too hehehe...release them endorphins by letting your imagination run wild!
