I can't see the point in travel agents myself. With everything being bookable online, you can do it all yourself.

Trailfinders (trailfinders.com) is a great travel agent that I have used twice to sort out some last minute holidays. You get given one particular agent, and they are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They sorted out two trips for me both with only two days notice (ie, the plane took off 2 days after I first contacted them)

Pah don't use a national one.. Go to a local one, they have fewer customers and are more eager to please :smile:
