Hi -- I'm having trouble sleeping lately. I think it's because of anxiety. What should I do? Does anyone else have similar problems?

Thanks

Have a massage. Or rather two or three over a fortnight. A full body message including head massage. Go for a traditional one, especially recommended for starting and if you want good effects which last a while, and not immediate lesser effects, are the 40 minute to one hour total body and head Californian massage and the Swedish type massage of the same length, body and head.

You might be able to think more clearly what to do with the cause of your anxiety then, and you might be able to solve it in the short term resolutely, and then move after resting to long term solutions with relaxed strength.

Telling someone also works. If you do both at the same time, the natural control you might be aware of should allow you to resolve the problem to your best long term feelings.

The massage is a good idea. The Chinese medicine one isnt.

Depends what you are anxious about really.

Well, she should really try Chinese acupuncture. They just stick foot-long needles inside you painlessly. It's quite exciting really.

i cant really she how sticking giant needles in her will help her sleep.. acupuncture is more to ease muscle and joint injuries rather than stop anxiety.

ive had sleeping troubles before and the only real way to get rid of it is to sort out whats causing the anxiety or get into a routine and do other things to distract you from it.
