Glasgow's rep

I might consider applying to Glasgow to study Music. Anyone know how good this uni is for Music and how reputable the courses are? Is it ranked similarly with Edinburgh, because Edinburgh is my first choice really.

Not sure about music at Glasgow but here is the times subject tables and Edinburgh is on it, no sign of Glasgow in the top 20 best uni's for music in the UK. I think there may be other subject tables out there though so should maybe look at them too

Found the Guardian subject tables, Glasgow is 50th for music.
