I was cooking lamb chops last nite and wen I cut into them they were slightly bloody. I have a really bad stomach today and a headache and my body aches. Can anybody tell me if I've got food poisoning?

No

food poisoning is not something that it is possible to diagnose over the internet.

Lamb is fairly safe to each rare or bloody (safer than pork or chicken).

If you're worried phone up NHS direct or visit their website and ask qualified people for their advise.

Surely if it's a good quality fresh lamb chop then it won't matter it being a bit bloody
It's not like its lamb mince

Yup - nothing nicer than a bit of rare lamb with some nice gravy and half a tree's worth of rosemary.

Dammit now I've started getting hungry.

You don't have food poisoning, especially if it's just that your head hurts. That could just be psycological. If you've seen blood in it, you automatically think, oh I might get food poisoning. The somehow, you feel not too good. It happens to me if I think I'm not gonna be well.
Food poisoning is awful. I started off with having a major stomach ache, and then was vomitting continuously for about 3 quarters of a day.
