My uncle used to go to school with Linda Barker. Also my dad used to buy guitaurs (can't spell) of a famous punk/rock person privatly. The Cheecky girls used to come into Rye (e sussex) and I used to live there. And my grandma used to look after Alan Titchmarsh's mum.

I went to university with Will Young and was in his Sociology of the Arts class. I also lived across the road from him but I didn't know it at the time!

(Whenever I tell anyone this, they are either completely unimpressed or they don't believe me.)

Are you still in touch with him, or were you not friends with him or didn't know him, well when you were at uni with him?

I spoke to him a bit in lectures but not that much. Seemed like a nice enough bloke - quite funny. No, I'm not still in touch with him. My mum has suggested that if I'd got to know him better I could now be married to a rich pop star! I had to tell her he's not that kind of boy.

Some of my friends knew him better than I did and also thought he was a lovely bloke. No scandal, I'm afraid.

Yep. Also (very distantly), William Booth, who founded the Salvation Army.

Is it neccessary to question the neccessity of the appliance of exclamation marks?
