hey, dont worry about your weight too much, as long as its not affecting your health your fine.. different men like differemt kinds of women, loads say they like bigger women to hold onto and tht ther more cuddly, others prefer thinner women. too most dont like too thin women as in a magazine a lad said 'its seems like they could break'! lol hmm ok just like your body for as it is and tht XX
I was never obsessive about weight but I did worry until I realised that I thought my boyfriend had an absolutely fantastic bum hehe and there was no way I'd ever want to go out with a man with no bum. From this I concluded that there must be equivalent men out there who would like my bum hehe!
I wouldn't really care about weight of women, but talking in terms of attractiveness, I would find a thinner woman more attractive (probably because I am stick thin as well - often people with a similar body and body language to yourself are more attractive), although a model/stick thin woman would convey the message that she is insecure and superficial about her appearance (especially if she wore layers of makeup), even if it may not be actually true.
Men - contrary to the stick-figures in magazines which women think we men drool over - don't actually think stick-thin is great. In fact, I'd say the majority don't. Über-fat is of course not appealing, but having some fat isn't a Bad Thing. It's media BS to think that men *only* go for stick-thin models.
As longs as people are not really over weight I don't think it matters. Most women I know who have said to me they are fat are not fat at all, they may not be as slim as a super model and may even weigh more than me but they are never that fat.
A woman would have to be extremely fat for it put me off.

I actually have this problem too. I'm not fat/overweight, but I'm not stick thin either. The reason it sometimes gets me down is because my boyfriend is very skinny and his ex was very skinny too, that I can't help but compare myself to her.
Ins't that the best way to be, being too silm is also not that attractive.
stick thin doesnt look quite right. its good for a girl to have bits where they are meant to be. men are attracted to fertility and stick thin just looks unhealthy in my opinion.
thanks guys. I must stop drinking diet coke, its bloats my body and makes it worse
Also, workers in Columbia are exploited in the creation of a lot oc 'Coca Cola' brand products, so there's another reason not to drink it. Health didn't stop me drinking it, but ethics did (in fact, if you eat 'ethically' you might lose weight, as half the chocolate products out there are made by evil companies).
Back to the topic: most women have a womanly shape. If you have to dramatically restrict your food intake or spend most of the time hungry to achieve 'thinness' then your body will be suffering. Men will get what they are presented with.
people can't help what shape they are. personally, i don't care at all about my weight. as for men, what they think as physically attractive varies with each person so it's not smart to take them into consideration imo.
Let's face it. Stick thin women just look like MEN.
And I'm not saying that because I'm overweight. I'm a size 10. I'm saying it because it's true. Men like breasts and hips, tbh. My boyfriend is skinnier than I and it doesn't bother me. He wouldn't be my boyfriend if he wasn't attracted to me!
I agree with Mata. Don't wreck your body in respose to peer pressure. Do what you like, we're able to do that very little these days.

some people can't help being stick thing,so they can't help it if they don't look 'quite right'
Dude Mischa Barton is perfect!!!ideal woman (looks wise-don't know her personality obviously)
Nah, I agree with whoever said she is too thin. I mean seriously, women are women and Mischa Barton does not have a "womanly" body. She is beautiful - but I don't find her attractive if that makes sense. Summer (Rachel Bilson - also from The OC) does have a womanly figure and is much prettier. Personally I also prefer a girl who is not totally hung up on the issue. I have a friend who *always* goes on about food/weight etc and it's just so frustrating - she's skinny as hell as it is. Anyway, the soft and cuddly bits on girls are why I could never be gay!
