Does anyone know the real difference???

There are TZ1 and TZ2 for Physics and Biology but There is only TZ0 for Chemistry or no TZ.

I know my school took the TZ2 last year and it's in Brussels, but I've heard people in England say that they had TZ0!

What is the real difference?

The difference are in the questions set out.
This is to prevent people to cheating such as a student take the final IB exam, for example a student taking the exam in Australia can phone up a friend in the UK and tell them about the exam so they can prepare to get the most possible marks.
It's just a system set out to prevent people from cheating.
Some subjects doesn't have TZ such as the language subjects cos this is individual responses to questions.
Remember IB don't want to make tons and tons of exam papers cos they would have to set out different markschemes for each paper. This if you can imagine is a huge amount of work for them.

To make it clear once for always: Look at IBO regional offices. Timezone 1 are all countries that are "under" IBNA (North America and the Caribbean) and IBLA (Latin America). Timezone 2 are countries "under" IBAEM (Africa/Europe/Middle East) and IBAP (Asia-Pacific).
Timezone 0 is for papers that are same in every country. In M05 session there were different papers only for Biology, Mathematics and Physics.

Does anyone which TZ is Europe?
TZ0 means there was only one timezone variant of the paper so all November exams are TZ0 since the IB only makes one set of papers. TZ1 and TZ2 was correctly explained by the person above me. Oh and all Paper 3s are TZ0 as well; meaning there are only one set of papers produced even if Paper 1 and 2 might have differences across regions.

where to find time zone 0 past papers for free
TZ0 is a paper that does not have two different timezones, so everyone writes the same paper such as in Spanish B HL
TZ1 are papers written in the Americas
TZ2 are IB schools in Europe,Asia and Africa

So everyone taking Spanish B HL (like me) will write the same paper.
Students taking biology and other highly popular subjects will write different papers according to their IB school area.

Only subjects with fewer candidates have one timezone (TZ0)

So, what I understood is that here in South Asia we have TZ2 (India, Pakistan, Sri lanka) and Paper 3 will be same. Also, the history routes have been removed completely since 2017, right? Thanks in anticipation.
