Is it ok to put a bit of tea tree oil directly onto spots? Does it cause any swelling/redness/make the spot worse. Also, where can you get some from? Local pharmasist? Thanks

yeah it should be ok....after all its a natural antiseptic - you can get it from your local pharmacy to the body shop, really anywhere to be honest...it reduces the swelling and redness but I would squeeze the spot first and put it on then...it may sting but it hopefully should do the trick  xoxo
