If its only when you goto sleep maybe you have problems with the mattress on your bed? Maybe sleeping with your feet up would increase circulation?

I get it really bad, but what I find is if I get up and have a really good walk about before I start feeling really tired I don't get it. Also, a drink of water seems to help.

I hate getting it, and like it says in that article, it probably is genetic - all of my mom's side of the family seem to get it.

YES! I've never found people with this before, but I have it too and when I tell anyone about it, they look at me like I'm wierd. I have to move my legs even when I'm sat down, I put one leg over the other and just move it up and down. I didn;t even notice I did it until someone in my History class pointed it out. Does anybody else get it in their knees aswell?

I get it alot, where my legs sort of ache and i have to move them around to make it feel better. My mum gets it so i guess i inherited it from her. Its annoying and i often get it in the evening when im tired, or havent done much in the day
