I dislocated my hip this year and when the doctor was looking at it, he noticed that one of my legs was shorter than the other..even after he put my hip back. What you can get is something called SORBOTHANE. You get it at sports shops, and its primarily a shock absorber, but is about 1cm thick...or slightly less but it will help. Put it in the shoe of the shorter leg.

and the posture..hmmm i cant describe it without sounding like a fruit loop. my physiotherapist describes it as a "popcorn bucket" for your sacrollic joint.
I think a physiotherapist will be able to help you more. You wont have to go for long, maybe 2 or 3 sessions.

Can you get an insole put it into one of your shoes? I know my friend had one of these. She had to go to the doctors/hospital to get it checked out, and they got one fitted for her to make her walk better.
