Please share your Muscle building meal plan

hi it would be most appreciated if as many people shared there meal plan what the eat and roughly what time of the day the ate it

Breakfast: whey protein shake with milk+50grams of oats(250ml) Calories=450 Protein=30grams

Breakfast 2: 3 boiled eggs, two slices of whole meal toast and a bow of wholemeal cereal Calories= 500-600 protein= 25grams

Snack= Handful of almonds+glass of milk and a piece of fruit Calories=350 Protein= 30grams

Lunch/post work out meal: Usually chicken tikka or whatever i can make relatively healthy Calories= 400 protein= 20grams

Snack: whey protein shake Calories=200(with water) Protein= 25grams

Dinner: Whtever my mum cooks today it's chicken breast potatoes and veg Calories= 600 Protein= 30grams

Before bed i have around 500ml to 750ml of milk calories= 250 protein= 20grams

Total calories= 2900
Total protein= 180 grams

I'm 5ft 8 and around 145lbs , Truth be told i'm under eating slightly

Meal One: 6-8 eggs and a load of cottage cheese

Meal Two: Protein shake and a load of almonds

Meal Three: 500g mince, rice and veggies

Meal Four: As meal two

Meal Five: As meal three

Meal Six: Couple of tubs of cottage cheese

2l of water with every meal except meal 6 (500ml)

Repeat.

Mince also means chicken, steak or salmon but I couldn't be bothered to type it out.

How do you have your eggs, i find it hard to down more then 4 boiled eggs :/

eggs,oats,eggs,tuna,lots of chicken,egg,pasta,veggies ^^
Just make sure that your diet has enough ratio of protein and well timed.To avoid catabolism live on CC. :smile:

Poached/boiled/raw/whatever. Just eat them. It's hard for the first few days but your body will adapt.
