I had feedback from my first intervie (sent during the pool - after i had the letter saying I was in the pool) basically it was very rude and condemned me on all possible grounds. It was from my subject interviewer who in fact I thought had been quite rude to me at my interview. I'm pretty sure that he had an argument with my general interviewer at my original college who was a relly nice guy and I think I did well in my general interview. I believe the letter was not only for my referee but to defend himself in an argument over the disparity between my two interviews. My first subject interviewer really didn't seem to like me at all. I am also pretty sure that this letter was forwarded to other colleges that "fished" me out of the pool. A couple of days later after Robinson had accepted me they sent me a very nice letter. It felt in a sense like an apology for this first guys bad attitude. Anyway, of course all my ideas on this are speculation and the letters were both sent to my referree who passed them on to me (my schoo is very open about everything). My referee was very angry about the first letter, He kept telling me that I know more about music than anyone else he knew that had applied to the Cambridge course (we are both Wagner fans and we lend eachother cds so he likes me). Anyway I guess they can't be anything but nice in their feedback if they've accepted you.
