look can everyone stop stressing coz its not that hard. Firstly it would help if u are doing chemistry too because bio is easy once youve done chem. Secondly som1 suggested using a centrifuge and then measuring the mass of coaggulate. In my opinion this is a stupid idea.
i would suggest making a serial dilution of the 0.1 molar copper sulphate solution so that you have a series of different concentrations. In a preliminary experiment you could find out roughly the sort of concentrations one should use. Then you can simply place the albumen in a beaker with the copper sulphate solution and underneath have a piece of paper with a cross on it. Time how long it takes for the cross to completely disappear. This may seem a little basic at first but it is perfectly reasonable to achieve full marks-anything too complicated and it will probably go over 1000 words.
if you dont understand the theory...look in a fat text book.
