Are tiffany necklaces out?

I guess they kinda are but there are still people wearing them and buying them! Was asking coz with xmas money I was thinking of getting one but not sure!

i think tiffanys stuff is kind of timeless, the big hearts are deff not as popular as they used to back 3/4yrs ago but people still wear them. Im wearing my silver one now, don't care if its not popular lol. Tiffanys is deffinately still respected though as a make

They never were in fashion. Tiffany necklaces are classic pieces of jewellery, they didn't have to be vogue to be bought. I know recently they've been associated a lot more with the chav culture but they still hold the class they always did. I suppose its also a matter of how you wear it and what with. I tend to wear my necklace as a bracelet now as i think its too much around the neck, but its still one of my most favourite pieces of jewellery x

Hmm, Tiffany a bit too common for my liking, its everywhere now, it used to be cool but of course, its been ruined like Burberry. Why would you want a piece of jewellery the same as everyone else?

tiffany and co make beautiful jewellery. i got a necklace for my birthday recently its simply chain with a small diamond shape with tiffany&co written on it. discreet but pretty. I think the heart design, chunkier styles arent as popular at the moment but its by no means unfashionable.

Tiffany and Co are brilliant! Love seeing a lovely blue box peeping out from under the tissue in a gift bag :smile:

The 'chav' culture which took Tiffany by storm is over now. And besides, they wore the cheap, look-a-like pieces anyway.

It's about style not fashion. Where what you like, as long as it suits you and makes you feel good.

I got one for christmas! they will never go 'out'! I think the most common copied tiffany is the hollow tiffany heart, I wouldn't buy that one if I were you.

i love my bracelet but there is the most gorgeous bracelet on the website now and it's like silver balls joined together, its fabulous! get that one before i do!

But anyways wear Tiffanys with pride! - not everyone has the real deal. Whatever Heat etc may say is is Hot or Not is irrelevant - Tiffanys jewellery gives a girl that effortlessly stylish look and you know how good you feel when your wearing it. So go for it, what a waste leaving such beautiful pieces out of the limelight.

But saying that if the chav thing put you off wearing your Tiff jewellery send it on over to me :wavey:

It'll go to a good home :biggrin:

i've got the 'bean' necklace and earrings, sooo pretty and delicate. tiffany's doesn't JUST do those tacky heart things, which, unfortunately, do look tacky even when they're the real deal, thanks to being so bastardized by chavs.

my parents just got my three month old baby sister a Tiffany's teething ring and rattle, which i think are pretty cool :smile:

...she's already a little style queen, lol.

Like it matters if something is 'in'. If you want something get it and wear it. Don't be a sheep. Be an individual. I'd rather wear something when it's 'out' - I don't see the need/point in following trends and what others are wearing. :rolleyes:

I've got the chunky silver bracelet with the round tag and 'return to Tiffany' on it and I love it, don't think its chav at all!
