it will kill me getting up in the morning!

theres no point in going to bed as i know i will just toss n turn for hours, so has anyone any suggestions?

Atleast try going to bed and closing your eyes then doing some relaxation techniques and visualize something relaxing etc,
try not to think about trying to get to sleep as it wont help

atleast it works, some sleep is better than no sleep at all, and of course you could try some sleeping pills aswell,
and reading something always makes you drowsy

Maybe you should do an all nighter tonight... that way you'll be really tired tomorrow night and will be able to go to bed at a decent time.

that has crossed my mind, but i dunno if i can stay up all night and go to school tomorrow!

if i go to bed at say, 3, it would literally kill me to get out of bed :frown:

I wouldn't suggest a all nighter, if you not gota book or newspaper to read then if you got games on your phone play a really boring one yet not 1 thats to hard.

Poor you :frown: that's horrible, one of the worst feelings.

My sister had the same problem yesterday, she had been up till late learning lines for a drama assessment. She had been pumping herself full of coffee and didn't feel tired at all. Until...

We were flicking through the channels and came across "Simply Red - Live in Cuba" - after 5 minutes of watching Mick Hucknalls repulsive, gurning little face and his revolting pelvic wiggles, she said "Night Joe I'm off to bed". And she told me in the morning that she slept very well. Sadly for you, I'm not sure if it was a 2 parter or if the BBC plan to repeat it any time soon .

Hope you feel sleepy soon

Edit: When I wrote this, I thought you were a girl! Although I'm sure you'll find Mick Hucknall equally vile.

Well how about if you just have a couple of hours sleep? I always find it easier to get out of bed if I have only a bit of sleep than if I have nearly enough but not quite.

Just turn this thing off and watch tv then, there wont be anything to excite you now just make you want to sleep
A couple glasses of strong alcohol + being alone without doing anything would normally make me wanna go to bed. But I dun think this is a good idea for you as you have school to go in the morning...
