Mmm... Depression Coming Back?

18 months ago (end of 2004) I had quite a bad time where I was pretty depressed. I got over it about a year ago (well, maybe 10 months). I felt good, and I then found a new girl who I have been with for a while and I'm generally really happy with things.

But recently I have found myself lying awake at night trying to make myself depressed. I can't really explain properly, but I will lie there and think of the craziests scenario's (my girl getting with other people etc.) which obviously makes me feel ****, but I just can't help myself from doing it. I'm clearly insecure about the relationship and indeed myself, but I don't know how I can stop being so. So I'm just wondering, is this just stupid insecurity or is my depression coming back... though I really don't know why it would be, I generally feel fine.

I think this is all just insecurity's because your clearly happy right now and you just hate the idea of these possible scenarios coming true.
Its something that will gradually get better but theres no signs to suggest your depression is coming back.

i think like that when i start going out with someone i see nothing good and all the bad!!

it will pass, don;t worry yourself and get yourself back to being depressed!! maybe you are just not used to being that happy with someone!!
