gyms depress me, they're so utilitarian. I run a few times a week and dance for a couple of hours (doesn't include dancing in clubs, don't wanna get certain people started on that again  )

Twice a day most days, morning and evening.
Once a week. I do weights at home every two days.

Don't go, just go for jogs when at home and play sport 4-5 times a week when at uni.

I just play tennis any time there's an opponent available.
manps
May seem odd but some people dont go to the gym just to stay healthy! I only go to keep myself trim to pull the ladies  I go 3 times a week and do lots of muscular workout. Can bench 90kg now

EDIT : I put weekly and once/twice a week. I am now aware they contradict

I used to go to the gym about 3 times a week, but in truth hated it. The heat, the sweatiness... no.. please... make it stop!!

Now go swimming 3 times a week, and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Physical results are so much better than when I used the gym, and it's an excellent stress reliever.

Plus the gym I went to was inhabited by sweaty old men in spandex jockstraps, which is never, ever a good thing, whereas the pool is frequented by (the occasional) very attractive girl in bikini. But of course I'm far too focussed on swimming to really notice them anyway
3/4 Times a Week, usually. Haven't been going that regularly after the XMas holidays, yet. Will start next week... I go for health and fitness reasons. Plus, the girls love a good body on a man, and I can't dissapoint.

Just out of interest, what are your motives for this? Are you a professional sportsman or is it just pure vanity?

Please don't read that the wrong way, I'm genuinely curious.

my health and fitness possibly? i do it for sport too and its interesting. its a pretty silly question really. does it make me vain if i like having a nice body?

what are you motives for swimming all the time? are you a professional swimmer or just vain?

for me vanity does play a large role...but looks are important, to you and to me.
How Often? I go daily for two hours. Do an hour on the cross-trainer and an hour's worth of weights. Madonna has nothing on my bitchin' muscle definition.

Why? Cos i love the effect this regime has on my appearance, as sad as that sounds!
I go training simply because I do Muay Thai (beginner), and am in the ULOTC (TA). So I've got to be fit, simply put.
