I probably would need advice from someone who has a lot of medical knowledge but what the heck: when I'm very tired, I sometimes struggle to keep an erection. As it's worse when I'm actually with someone and I tend to get a lot more nervous than usual when tired, it's hard to see the cause.
Can lack of sleep really be blamed for erection problems?
Another thing: I sometimes get bad stomach/digestive discomfort which when bad, makes it more difficult to get an erection. When the discomfort actually goes (by going to the loo for example ), I find it a lot easier all of a sudden.
Can someone knowledgeable help me here and explain this?
